Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a warehouse inventory associate in the United States, with a focus on Michigan. You will manage the complete lifecycle of inventory, including requisitioning, receiving, storing, disbursing, transferring, shipping and delivering items, while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reading and following safety procedures, and working rotating shifts. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Twelve months experience in general warehouse or similar distribution function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete life cycle of inventory which includes requisitioning, receiving, storing, stock chasing, disbursing, transferring, exchanging, shipping, and delivering items.
• Responsible for inventory control, discrepancy resolution, and inventory inspection according to company regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory within specifications and in serviceable condition by following procedures to exchange broken tools, request repairs, or requisition supplies.
• Count physical inventory; check minimums/maximums.
• Examine items for defects or wear.
• Sort items into bins by condition (serviceable/non-serviceable).
• Lift, carry, and pull items from stock; load/unload, pack/unpack.
• Store items according to regulations and good housekeeping.
• Clean and service equipment and report repairs.
• Complete, verify and route forms; provide stock data to authorized personnel.
• Work according to company regulations and supervisor instructions.
