Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor and comply with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information timely through appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or mark downs per Company policies.
• Educate and coach sales team on processes affecting customer experience in inventory control.
• Maintain productivity to meet units per hour (UPH) targets.
• Maintain a neat, organized stock room compliant with guidelines.
• Adhere to local, state and Company policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork.
