Job summary

PLUG POWER INC is seeking an inventory control associate in Houston, TX. The role focuses on daily cycle counts, verifying inventory accuracy, and auditing warehouse processes to ensure data integrity.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of working independently or in a team. Prior inventory experience and safety awareness are strongly preferred for this hourly, non-exempt position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous accuracy.
• Ability to work overtime as assigned and commit to a flexible schedule around manufacturing demand.
• Team player with a positive communication style.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory locations.
• Use of Avante ERP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
• Frequent lifting, bending, and pulling.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and internal/external customers.
• Assist where needed as directed by Inventory or Warehouse Supervisors.
