BJ’s Wholesale Club in Lecanto, FL is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support department inventory counts, processing damaged merchandise, and coordinating returns to vendors. You will help reduce losses and ensure accurate stock levels while working closely with store teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes compliance with club policies, safety practices, and the ability to move quickly while delivering quality service to members.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills are essential.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Execute departmental inventory counts and process damaged/defective merchandise.
• Sort and return items to vendors or re-wrap sellable merchandise.
• Obtain return authorizations from vendors and manage vendor chargebacks.
• Maintain accurate stock/inventory status for damaged, defective, and returned goods.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure inventory control responsibilities are met.
• Follow safety, cleaning, and signage standards and uphold club policies.
