Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant in the Portland, OR area. You will monitor inventory levels, support sales regions, and collaborate with HQ Supply Chain and field teams to ensure accurate stock and timely replenishment.

Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and the Trilogie system is preferred, with a focus on data accuracy and cross‑functional communication. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; starting pay $21.76/hr or more based on experience.

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience and ability to analyze stock data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI for reporting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced inventory management tasks using Power BI monitoring.
• Provide inventory support to specific regions and vendors.
• Assist sales with technical inventory knowledge and solutions.
• Collaborate with field sales, HQ Supply Chain and partners.
• Maintain inventory control measures and communicate solutions.
