Job summary

Henkel is seeking an Inventory/Logistics specialist for its Adhesive Technologies unit in Cleveland, OH. You will handle cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate inbound truckloads to support receiving operations.

Additionally, you will communicate with freight forwarders and purchasing teams to resolve discrepancies, and assist with put-away during peak periods to maintain accurate inventory records at Henkel.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of Inventory experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Computer proficient.
• Able to stay organized and manage priorities.
• Ability to work independently on tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform cycle counts across designated storage locations to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and make inventory adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate and schedule inbound truckloads of materials to support efficient receiving operations.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and purchasing teams to resolve receiving and return discrepancies.
• Support the receiving department with material check-in and put-away during periods of high incoming material volume.
