Job summary

Century Arms Florida seeks an Inventory Control Associate to ensure inventory accuracy in a heated manufacturing/warehouse setting. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories to support production readiness and overall efficiency.

You will collaborate with material handlers, develop policies, run reports, and maintain data integrity while adhering to ISO standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2-4 years in warehousing preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems strongly desired.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control practices.
• Proficient with Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy through internal audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
• Assist in development of localized policies related to production inventory control.
• Work with material handlers to reinforce inventory accuracy.
• Identify, quarantine and report damaged product to ensure accurate inventory.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled audits of production kits to ensure count integrity.
• Participate in all scheduled inventory counts.
• Run required inventory and locator reports.
• Assist with root cause analysis and solutions for cycle count inaccuracies.
• Record accurate data for inventory metrics.
