Responsibilities include conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies with WMS and RF scanners, and collaborating with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations to prevent errors while supporting audits and reporting

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with inventory control processes, cycle counting, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld RF scanning devices.

Inventory Control Associate

Roanoke , TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Rate of Pay: $18.00

Shift : 1st shift (6:30am -3:30pm )

We\'re looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to join our team, where you\'ll help maintain inventory accuracy, support operational efficiency, and ensure customer inventory is properly tracked and accounted for. Success in this role means identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a well-organized, audit-ready warehouse environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with a passion for accuracy and problem-solving in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Your Impact:
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using WMS tools, RF scanners, and reporting systems.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; logistics, supply chain, or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience with inventory control processes, cycle counting, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld RF scanning devices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Flexibility to support operational needs, including overtime or weekends as needed.
