Job summary

Glazer's Beer & Beverage is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join our team in Texas. You will perform cycle counts, analyze discrepancies with leadership, and maintain inventory integrity to support smooth distribution operations.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and experience with computerized inventory systems; forklift certification is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to succeed in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with computerized inventory systems required.
• Forklift operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participation in inventory counts as directed.
• Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company' standards.
• Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Load dunnage, maintain inventory.
• Maintains inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business.
• Provides inventory reports on discrepancies to inventory control Supervisor.
• Implements loss prevention programs.
• Resolve discrepancies including quantity errors, high/low issues, mis-shipments.
• Understand and adhere to the safety rules and requirements in the workplace.
• Operates forklift when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
