Job summary

Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to perform cycle counts, analyze counts with leadership, and maintain inventory integrity.

You will participate in counts, conduct quality checks, audits, maintain records, and support loss prevention; requires high school diploma and experience with inventory systems. This onsite role requires strong organization and communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with computerized inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in inventory counts as directed.
• Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard non-conforming items.
• Conduct frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Load dunnage and maintain inventory.
• Maintain inventory records for management and stakeholders.
• Provide reports on discrepancies to the inventory control supervisor.
• Implement loss prevention programs.
• Resolve discrepancies including quantity errors and mis-shipments.
• Adhere to safety rules in the workplace.
• Operate forklift when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as requested.

We are looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for performing and keying cycle counts, working with leadership to analyze operations cycle counts, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Our Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.


• Experience with computerized inventory systems required.

Our Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, and internal departments.


• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.


• Ability to perform basic math calculations.


• Critical thinking skills.


• Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.

Your Responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


• Must be able to lift up to forty pounds at a time.


• Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.
