Job summary

Quality Gold Inc. is seeking a reliable warehouse associate at our Fairfield, OH facility to manage daily inventory and fulfill orders. You will handle product looking up, cycle counts, and storage organization using RF scanners and internal systems.

This full-time role requires accuracy, teamwork, and compliance with safety and corporate policies. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to close, with overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Ability to read alpha numeric print and count accurately.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with company software for product lookup and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Visibly inspect product and labels to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and store product according to storage locations.
• Use RF scanner and internal systems to perform cycle counts.
• Select product for customer invoices to fulfill orders.
• Maintain inventory with regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep vault area clean and follow company policies.
• Attend on-site work schedule and adhere to hours.
