Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Cycle Counter in Lockbourne, OH. The role focuses on accurate inventory counting, auditing, and reconciliation to support daily operations in a high-volume warehouse.

The ideal candidate has 6 months of warehousing experience, basic WMS navigation skills, and comfort using RF scanners. This full-time on-site position includes standard benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Count, verify, and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Research and investigate inventory variances and assist with resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Utilize RF scanners and other inventory tracking tools to complete daily tasks.
• Support inventory control processes and compliance with company procedures.
• Work closely with operations teams to identify and correct inventory-related concerns.
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards within the warehouse.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and other inventory projects as assigned.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed, specifically reach truck and order picker.
