Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related discipline (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience in inventory control in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organization, dependability, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with arithmetic and working in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read SDS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the perpetual inventory system with cycle counting and variance analysis.
• Document and maintain inventory movement procedures.
• Create job orders and post material transactions in SyteLine.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, incl. month-end audits.
• Review inventory transactions for accuracy and code discrepancies charged to cost of sales.
• Manage the monthly expired inventory report to minimize excess scrap of finished goods, WIP, and raw materials.
• Review and respond to nonconforming material reports.
• Maintain off-site inventories in SyteLine and follow up with vendors.
• Support discontinued- and new-product checklist activities.
• Comply with FDA and ISO safety and quality guidelines.
• Serve as the expert for inventory control audits.
