Job summary

Laticrete International in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for first shift. You will count inventory, run cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and enter counts in JD Edwards and RFGen systems.

The role includes examining shipments, correcting in-process moves, and coordinating the annual physical inventory with management. Strong math, communication, and Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred).
• Experience in an inventory position desired.
• Able to use basic math for inventory counts.
• Read and interpret directions and order details.
• Communicate in writing and verbally.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Operate RFGen Gun.
• Learn new computer skills quickly.
• Provide reasonable accommodations for disabilities if needed.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory and review product on hand; set up cycle counts and record counts in the system.
• Investigate shipment errors and perform cycle counts for affected items.
• Correct discrepancies in transactions and adjust location balances.
• Coordinate annual physical inventory with management and plant employees.
