Team

Hermès Aventura Boutique opened in 2021 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients in a luxury environment. This position reports to the Operations Manager and works collaboratively with the sales team and support teams to support the client experience.

Role Overview

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for managing store inventory. Key duties include receiving packages, accurately ticketing merchandise on arrival, generating packing and shipping transfers, and returning merchandise to other locations. All records associated with receiving and shipping are meticulously maintained. The Specialist processes, records, and follows up on all after‑sales service, supports weekly cycle counts and bi‑annual inventories, and maintains adequate stock levels for shipping, selling, and kitchen supplies.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day and ensure proper documentation.
• Check returns against the previous day’s business.
• Print and ticket merchandise, returns, and price updates.
• Process, record, maintain and follow up on all after‑sales service.
• Process damage claims and maintain damage inventory.
• Work with Store Management to analyze business and replenish needs.
• Develop inventory strategies to support the selling process and maintain warehouse standards daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, luxury environment preferred.

Salary

The range for this role is $25.00 to $27.00 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
