Join Our Team as an Inventory Control Specialist at Hermès, Aventura

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to manage store inventory at our Hermès boutique in Aventura. This role involves receiving packages, accurately recording merchandise, managing shipping and transfers, and maintaining organized records. The successful candidate will support weekly cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and ensure proper stock levels for all store needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and organized inventory records.
  2. Process incoming and outgoing shipments daily, ensuring proper documentation.
  3. Conduct and support store cycle counts and inventories.
  4. Manage merchandise returns, damages, and inventory damages.
  5. Assist in analyzing business needs and replenishing stock accordingly.
  6. Develop and implement inventory strategies to support sales and warehouse standards.
  7. Support store management with inventory-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask accurately.
  • Proficient with technology, including internal systems and shipping software.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
