Job summary

Bryan College Of Health Sciences seeks an inventory support specialist to maintain accurate cycle counts and documentation across departments. You will ensure proper inventory levels, coordinate with Purchasing Agents and staff, and maintain Material Master data including SDS documentation and unit of measure.

You will also track ETAs on purchase orders, conduct recalls, and generate reports while adhering to policy.

Qualifications

• Maintains accurate inventory records through cycle counts and documentation.
• Works with staff to determine inventory needs and correct discrepancies.
• Maintains Material Master data, pricing, SDS docs, and unit of measure.
• Updates SDS sheets and manages expiration date processes by location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy across departments.
• Issue inventory by department to track consumption and costs.
• Communicate with managers and purchasers on stock levels and ETAs.
• Maintain SDS sheets and stock locations in the system and binders.
• Prepare weekly/daily reports; prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assist with purchasing, recalls, and quality control duties as requested.
