Job summary

Fresh Express Salads is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory data in PRMS and perform daily cycle counts, ensuring materials and packaging inventories are up to date. You will coordinate inventory across warehouses and work with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to keep operations running smoothly.

• Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially Excel.
• 1+ years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory data and perform daily cycle counts.
• Coordinate inventory for all warehouses and interface with production, warehouse and purchasing.
• Enter data accurately in PRMS and maintain documentation per SOPs.
• Comply with GMP, safety, food safety and company policies.
• Review variances and perform follow-up actions with accounting as needed.
• Prepare and distribute daily trailer inventory reports and maintain files.
