Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Availability for 2nd shift as part of regular full-time schedule.
• Experience with inventory control and procedural compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
• Process in BC for purchase orders, production orders, transfer orders, and inventory adjustments.
• Receive inbound product (WIP, finished goods) and materials.
• Understand physical flow of product and how BC records movements.
• Ensure proper bin-to-bin movements in the warehouse.
• Troubleshoot BC-related problems; escalate to IT as needed.
• Document and process returns per established procedures.
• May lead, guide, and train team members.
• Follow SOPs and safety/quality guidelines (OSHA, USDA, SQF).
• Take proactive role in addressing safety or quality concerns.
