Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Carlisle, PA seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator for 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday). You will verify and reconcile inventories, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies with customers and suppliers. Strong Excel and SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehouse inventory experience.
• Experience with cycle counts and inventory control.
• Knowledge of SAP inventory.
• Experience with barcode systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile inventories for the customer, suppliers, and DHL.
• Complete physical inventories and compile reports.
• Data entry into customer’s system of record and WM System.
• Analyze data for root cause using Excel.
• Monitor SAP in-transit data for finance reporting.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues.
