Job Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist is the go-to guru for making sure what’s in our system matches what’s on the shelves. Think of it as a treasure hunt...spotting discrepancies, solving mysteries, and keeping our inventory on point! This role works with teams across the building to catch issues early, uncover trends, and roll out smart fixes that help us serve our customers even better. Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run various reports that identify potential systematic issues with inventory, investigate appropriately and resolve any found problems
  • Search for inaccuracies and errors, such as misplaced stock, while conducting and processing scheduled weekly cycle counts
  • Complete inventory adjustments based off differences in physical counts and research using the company’s ERP system
  • Use forklift equipment to replenish pick bins with overstock product
  • Identify and process damaged inventory throughout the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Ensure that misplaced or mistakenly picked items are returned to the correct bin location
  • Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to fulfill job duties to ensure a safe work environment
  • Pick wrap/kit list for repack items and transport completed product throughout the warehouse for put-away
  • Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.
  • Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals
  • Abide by all company and warehouse policies
  • Flex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation
