Job summary

Rightway Fasteners, Inc. in Columbus, Indiana, is seeking an Entry Level Team Member to support Inventory Control, maintain cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory across locations.

You will operate a forklift or tugger, follow procedures, and help improve policies. Experience in inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and location setup.
• Review and update procedures related to inventory control.
• Operate forklift or tugger for parts movement between departments.
• Conduct annual physical inventories twice per year.
• Track and follow up on inventory transactions and movements of parts.
• Coordinate with Quality to return nonconforming products.
• Collaborate with Shipping and Production Control to optimize flow.
• Identify cost-saving ideas related to Inventory Control and implement improvements.
• Participate in 5S and Kaizen activities.
• Perform daily cycle counts and monthly cycle counts for specific items.
