Job summary

Clearbridge Executive Search is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join a manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. The role supports inventory accuracy through ERP-based transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliations, driving data-driven planning and reporting.

Responsibilities include analyzing inventory data, investigating variances, and collaborating with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Materials Planning, Supply Chain, Business, or related field is preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of inventory control, inventory management, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of MRP concepts and ERP system functionality is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to learn and utilize multiple Excel functions
