Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for 1st shift to help manage production materials. The role focuses on accurate stock levels, cycle counts, and timely reporting of discrepancies in a warehouse environment.

The position requires at least one year in warehousing, good math and analytical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, with proficiency in Microsoft Office expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate, or GED preferred.
• At least one year working in a warehouse or inventory.
• Must be able to read packing slips.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in inventory management.
• Assist with reporting of nonconforming and damages of materials and any stock issues.
• Item lookup and return to stock process (RTS).
• Assist with destruction of client owned inventory and company materials.
• Operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Keep area clean and clear of clutter.
