Job summary

EWASTE+ is seeking an Entry-Level Inventory Control Specialist to join our Victor, NY warehouse. The role focuses on data entry, inventory checks, warehouse support, and quality control to ensure accurate stock and efficient operations.

We offer no night shifts, a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule, paid training, a $17.00/hour base pay plus a $4,000 annual incentive, and a full benefits package including health and life insurance along with a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, climb ladders, and push/pull equipment using pallet jacks.
• Positive attitude and a team player willing to give your best each day.
• Previous forklift experience and a background in manufacturing are a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Enter product data into our system with attention to detail.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and organization.
• Move, label, and manage equipment and assist with pulling outgoing orders.
• Help maintain high standards of product quality and ensure all items are properly cataloged.
• Support the Sales Department by generating reports as needed.
• Assist in packaging and preparing items for shipment.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

Your Role:

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you'll play an essential part in keeping our warehouse organized, efficient, and ready to support our growing business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

Position Requirements

Physical requirements: Lifting 40 pound objects frequently, climbing ladders, pushing and pulling equipment using a pallet jacks, walking and bending. Forklift experience and a background of manufacturing is a plus.
