Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp is seeking a Senior Inventory Control Specialist to lead inventory control within a regulated medical device facility in Salt Lake City. You will ensure accuracy, traceability, and ERP integrity across receipts, issues and transfers.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing inventory control experience, SAP/ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel skills, with an emphasis on lot and expiration date traceability and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Visual/SAP or ERP experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cycle count and physical inventory programs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies; determine root causes.
• Ensure accurate ERP inventory transactions for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
• Maintain lot, serial number, and expiration date traceability.
• Develop and improve inventory control procedures and work instructions.

Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the Operations team, the Senior Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for leading inventory control activities for a regulated medical device manufacturing facility. This position ensures inventory accuracy, material traceability, and compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations and company procedures. The role serves as the subject matter expert for inventory processes and partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
