Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Support Associate to assist our US distribution services. This role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or inventory control, with CSCP preferred. Monday–Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

You will maintain documentation, enter inventory movements, route items, prepare reports, and ensure accurate stock records. This full-time position offers opportunities to grow within a major healthcare logistics network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
• CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.
