Job summary

Certco, Inc. in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse team.

You will manage perpetual inventory, complete cycle counts, monitor product dating, perform recall checks, and process customer returns, all while maintaining independence and meeting daily goals. You’ll utilize Cubiscan technology to process new product entries, helping sustain inventory accuracy across our distribution network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse Inventory Control duties.
• Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including MS Word and Excel.
• Skill in operating various office equipment, such as personal computer, calculator, fax and copy machine.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7am - 330pm

Position Summary

Provides support for the warehouse by perpetual inventory through cycle counting, dating, recall checks, processing customer returns, cubiscanning new product, and other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.

Essential Job Functions
