Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Lockbourne, OH is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support inventory control, cycle counts, data entry, and driver-log audits. You will track returns and act as a liaison for internal customer support, ensuring accurate records and timely issue resolution.

The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Mon-Fri 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a $23.00 hourly rate and a $1,500 retention bonus after 120 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year inventory experience required.
• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pallet tracking where applicable and conduct cycle counts.
• Audit driver logs and trip reports for DOT compliance.
• Track all returns and support close-out with customer.
• Serve as liaison for internal customer support.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies at pallet/location level.
• Document root causes of quality errors and assist with SOS issues.
• Support inventory in WMS and coordinate with cross-shift staff.
• Operate PIT equipment as required and assist with projects.
