Job summary

Lonestar Electrical Supply seeks a highly motivated Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure all stock is accounted for per policy. You will work with the team to investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of inventory.

Requirements include 1-3 years in inventory control, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and inventory software. Leadership in a distribution center setting is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in warehouse conditions that are not always climate controlled and may include, heat and humidity.
• Noise level may be loud at times.
• Must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
