Job summary

PSG, a Dover Corporation brand, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory across product lines. You will reconcile discrepancies, report trends to management, and support continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, forklift certification, and experience with Excel, Oracle or Windows-based systems, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: cycle counts, audits, reporting, record keeping.
• Knowledge: strong Excel/Outlook and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.
• Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and locations daily.
• Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages and inventory discrepancies.
• Compiles, verifies, and reports inventory trends to management.
• Ensures QA procedures are followed for quality output.
• Participates in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Adheres to inventory control systems and computer tracking.
