Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking an inventory clerk to support warehouse operations in Gloucester, MA. You will perform regular counts, update records, and help resolve discrepancies, contributing to accurate stock levels and efficient fulfillment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of office experience, familiarity with AS/200 and MS Office, and a forklift license. Occasional travel may be needed, and a safe work environment is a priority.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of office experience or equivalent training.
Experience with AS/400 and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Forklift license is required.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inventory counts, including cycle counts and full inventories.
Record and communicate results and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System and process adjustments.
Assist with special projects and handle customer-specific inventory requests.
Report on operational errors that impact inventory performance.
Promote a safe work environment by identifying safety concerns.
Perform other inventory-related duties as requested.
Other essential duties may be applicable and assigned as necessary.
