The Role Explained

In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing the flow of materials and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your ability to forecast, plan, and maintain accuracy in inventories will be crucial to our operational success and mission to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Management: Receive, store, and dispense materials efficiently, ensuring the inventory system is always up-to-date.
• Logistics and Coordination: Oversee shipment tracking and work closely with purchasing to rush orders when needed.
• Vendor Evaluation: Assist in assessing vendor performance by gathering and presenting supply chain data.
• Safety First: Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards while keeping storage organized.
• Team Collaboration: Assist management and be ready to take on additional tasks as necessary.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Essential: 2+ years’ experience in related fields, excel in Excel, and excellent communication skills.
• Advantageous: Supply chain expertise, working knowledge of logistics and procurement, plus forklift certification.
