Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Stock Room Clerk to receive, organize, and track inventory in our Corry facility. You will pull materials for shipment, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies to supervisors, while maintaining a clean, safe stockroom environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and familiarity with inventory systems, plus basic math skills and the ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory tracking software or systems preferred.
• Ability to read packing slips/purchase orders and verify quantities.
• Forklift/pallet jack operation ability preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and verify accuracy against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Organize and store inventory in designated stockroom locations.
• Maintain real-time inventory tracking using digital or manual systems.
• Pull and prepare materials for shipment or internal distribution.
• Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom.
• Assist with restocking shelves or production areas as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures for handling and storing materials.
