Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to ensure accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials across the facility, supporting manufacturing operations through precise inventory control and ERP-based transaction processing.

You will use RF scanners, ERP systems, forklifts, and pallet jacks to verify part numbers, move materials between zones, perform cycle counts, and maintain clean, safe work areas while adhering to FIFO and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year shipping/receiving/warehousing experience or equivalent.
• ERP systems experience required; SAP preferred.
• RF scanner experience for inventory transactions preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required; certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming materials for accuracy.
• Process inventory transactions using ERP systems and RF scanners.
• Read orders and shipping documents to determine requirements.
• Pick, stage, package, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
