We are seeking a detail-focused data entry and inventory support specialist to maintain records, process shipments, and generate reports. You will coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in warehousing, inventory control, logistics, manufacturing, or administrative support preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse systems
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Generate and maintain operational reports related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and production
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure material is accurately received, stored, and shipped
• Monitor inventory transactions and investigate discrepancies as needed
• Assist with customer communication regarding shipment status, inventory concerns, and operational updates
• Maintain records related to quality, safety, and operational compliance
• Support sequencing, pick and pack, and material flow processes through administrative and clerical tasks
• Work closely with operations leadership to address inventory and documentation issues
• Ensure customer requirements and service expectations are consistently met
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
