Job summary

ADM in Erlanger, KY is seeking an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance SME to help manage inventory accuracy across warehouse operations, quality, planning, and finance, resolving variances and ensuring proper storage conditions. This hourly role requires strong math, Excel skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Travel between Erlanger facilities may be required, and a background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced math calculations.
• Microsoft Excel/Office tools.
• Very High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt, multitask and effectively communicate.
• Fork Truck/Standup/Cherry picker experience.

Responsibilities

• Problem resolution
• Identify process or systemic issues that cause inventory discrepancies
• Work cross-functionally to resolve such issues and process gaps
• Actively researching and maintaining “Cycle” locations
• Tracking lost material utilizing AS400 and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Identify and research inventory balance issues
• Ensure product stored in correct temperature zones
• Assist in workflow completion
• Non-Count location process governance
• Follow ISO instructions
• Contribute to team effort by performing other duties and assignments as required
• May have to travel between Erlanger facilities
