This role involves coordinating with FOH/BOH teams, validating expiration dates, proper labeling, and ensuring systems support efficient inventory control and waste reduction in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing all food and beverage items for the restaurant.
• Stocking and proper rotation of goods (FIFO).
• Tracking of all inventory items.
• Submitting proper credits for damaged goods.
• Reviewing inventory extension reports.
• Following through with proper inventory systems to ensure accurate end-of-month counting.
• Communications with FOH & BOH directors with new incoming menu items.
• Validation of expiration dates and proper labeling.
