Qualifications

• 5+ years inventory control, warehouse management, materials management, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with cycle counting, physical inventory management, and inventory auditing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory accuracy processes and control procedures.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and conduct root cause investigations.
• Establish and monitor inventory accuracy KPIs (count/location accuracy, adjustments, transaction compliance).
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, and Quality teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Ensure proper execution of inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, consumption, returns, shipments).
• Identify risks related to obsolescence, excess inventory, shortages, and material loss.
