Responsibilities include traveling to company warehouses for audits, supporting process improvements in inventory control and purchasing, and maintaining documentation for transfers and adjustments.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
• Basic understanding of CRM or procurement platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate cycle counts and monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts.
• Review inventory movement and usage to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Work with warehouse and operations teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Maintain documentation for inventory transfers and adjustments.
• Support inventory-control and purchasing process improvements.
• Travel regularly to company warehouses to audit inventory and verify compliance.
• Perform other purchasing- and inventory-related duties as assigned.
