Qualifications

• Proven experience as Inventory Control Specialist.
• HS diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work overtime and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly physical and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels against sales orders and escalate shortages.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Distribution Manager on ABC classifications and schedules.
• Prepare daily cycle count reports and track non-conforming products.
• Ensure safety standards and prompt response to inquiries.
