Trystar Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in Houston, TX to maintain precise inventory records and support planning for production, sales, and distribution.

You will monitor activity, analyze trends, and work with operations, finance, procurement, and production to identify discrepancies and reduce costs. The role requires coordinating cycle counts, physical inventories, and reporting, with responsibilities including training staff and improving inventory processes to ensure accuracy

Qualificações

• Maintains accurate, organized inventory records and locations.
• Proficient in coordinating physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor inventory trends and discrepancies.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to train staff on inventory procedures and controls.
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance, procurement, and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory records and locations to support production and distribution.
• Partner with Controller to plan and monitor physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits.
• Use inventory systems and reports to track accuracy, aging, and trends.
• Train material handlers and production staff on inventory procedures.
• Develop and maintain inventory controls and location standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
