Job Summary
This position will be responsible for implementing physical inventory product changes across all clean rooms. Build the infrastructure (racking) for necessary storage of hospital supplies in all clean, medication, and nourishment rooms. Ensure all bin locations are labeled appropriately and supply racks are all identified correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Support inventory management by building supply carts to support PAR levels and maintaining current PAR locations.
  • Develop inventory management plans with guidance from the Inventory Control Manager and Supply Chain Analyst to support clinical and operational teams.
  • Manage product shortages, develop recovery plans, and advise stakeholders on status and recovery strategies.
  • Coordinate material movement among purchasing, vendors, warehouse, and clinical areas for medical supplies availability.
  • Use ERP (PeopleSoft) to ensure data accuracy and currency.
  • Assist in new item setup and manage inventory accuracy.
  • Review and familiarize with existing ERP structure and physical products.
  • Participate in developing and managing PAR policies and procedures.
  • Handle the conversion of items and organization of supplies in clean rooms.

Work Schedule

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 40

Time: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Modes of Work

Positions may be eligible for hybrid or remote work, subject to department discretion and review.
