• Leads vendor relations and forward-buy analysis to minimize exposure.
• Directs inventory control team, including hiring, training, and appraisals.
• Trains staff on systems; analyzes inventory issues and provides support.
• Monitors trends, reports excess/dead stock, and researches inventory drift.
