Job summary

Haleon in Oak Hill, NY is hiring an entry-level Warehouse Associate for night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am). You will move and track inventory, operate PIT after training, and use SAP and warehouse systems to ensure accuracy in a GMP environment.

Starting pay is $24.50/hr with a 5% performance bonus, plus a robust benefits package including 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, and comprehensive healthcare for you and your family. Training provided.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• 12 hour night shift: 7:00pm–7:00am.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation.
• Monitor near-expiry materials and status in quarantine/manufacturing systems.
• Replenish materials to support production.
• Issue labeled materials to production and assist with disposal of rejected materials.
• Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data accurately and on time.
• Support a GMP-compliant warehouse environment.
• Track and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Safely operate PIT after training.
• Learn and use SAP and other warehouse systems.
• Develop skills to progress to Level 2 ICM.
