Haleon is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support bulk production of liquid and powder formulations. You will weigh materials, operate processing equipment, and document manufacturing steps while following GMP standards.

This role involves 12‑hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with safety as the top priority. Advanced computer use (Word/Excel) and ability to work with powders are important for success.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to wear respiratory protection and perform tasks safely.
• Experience with powder handling and material dispensing is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP transactions for tasks.
• Computer skills with Word and Excel are expected.

Includes the weighing of raw materials, the operation of various processing equipment and the documentation of these operations. This position works 12hr shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am.Role ResponsibilitiesPerform all activities while focusing on safety and complianceSwabbing of equipment as requiredPerforming preventative maintenance to respective workspaceCleaning of production equipment and partsCleaning of production area as requiredCapable of working with powders (Supersacks, Sack tip)Capable of performing material dispensingBasic functionality of the SCADA batching systemCapable of performing manual additionsCapable of preparing detergent solutionsConduct inventories of raw materials and productsCapable of performing basic SAP transactions associated with tasks listed aboveUnderstand and comply with all pertinent SOPs, WIs, Forms, Batch Documentation and GMP guidelines.Participate in efforts to consistently reduce wasteWhy you?Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to wear respiratory protection to perform specific tasksAbility to routinely lift 55 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of timePreferred QualificationsAble to effectively communicate and work with Co-Workers, Management and other departmentsAbility to work overtime to fulfill business needAbility to operator electric pallet jack and RICO tote moversDemonstrated computer skills (Data entry, email, file access, Microsoft Word and Excel)Confident in the use of basic math calculations, percentages, fractions and decimal notationFamiliar with difference measurement schemes (e.g. Kilograms vs pounds)The starting rate for this position is $24.50hr plus a 10% Shift Differential and a 5% Performance BonusBenefitsHaleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
