Job summary

You will lead process improvements, oversee shift performance, and ensure safety and compliance while reporting monthly results to the operations manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4 years’ experience in Distribution/Logistics.
• 2 years’ experience in supervisory role in a logistics environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Able to work in warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Input data into WMS and maintain accuracy.
• Oversee inventory staff and shifts.
• Analyze cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop and monitor space layout plans to optimize storage.
