Job summary

iHerb seeks a Warehouse Department Manager to lead a high-volume outbound operation, supervise picking, packing and shipping, and ensure same-day national and international fulfillment. You will drive safety, schedule, and continuous improvement while maintaining vendor relationships.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of supervisory warehouse experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and strong MS Office and communication skills. This is an on-site role in Elgin, IL.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill orders and inventory needs.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Document and improve warehouse procedures and labor planning.
• Manage performance, address issues, and drive productivity improvements.
