Archway-Management is seeking a Procurement Manager (Food and Housekeeping Inventory Manager) to oversee purchasing and inventory for weekly food and housekeeping orders, ensuring timely availability and cost control.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, analyzing markets, negotiating with suppliers, tracking KPIs, managing budgets and vendor profiles, and delivering regular reports while maintaining product integrity and service quality on site.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management within the food industry.
• Expertise in commodity analysis, food sourcing, and supplier negotiations.
• Strong leadership and project management skills for cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor markets, pricing, and supply trends to guide sourcing decisions.
• Ensure daily food orders are captured in the ordering system.
• Ensure missing items have vendor credits.
• Monitor Instacarts for client orders missing items.
• Develop and lead procurement strategies across food divisions (proteins, produce, frozen).
• Build partnerships with distributors and accounts to ensure quality and reliability.
• Develop and monitor supplier KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee Customer Service Department personnel.
• Oversee daily workflow and schedules of the department.
• Ensure on-time deliveries.
• Problem solve issues.
• Monitor budgets, costs, pricing, and variances.
• Identify cost-reduction initiatives while safeguarding integrity and continuity.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for management.
• Update vendor profiles and facility contact list.
• On-site position.

Procurement Manager (Food and Housekeeping Inventory Manager)

Role Overview

The Procurement Supervisor oversees purchasing and inventory for all materials supporting weekly food and housekeeping orders. This role ensures timely availability, cost control, and accurate management while working cross-functionally with Planning, Operations, QA, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and analyze commodity markets, pricing, and supply chain trends to provide insights that guide sourcing decisions.
• Ensure that the daily food orders are captured in the ordering system.
• Ensure that missing product from orders have credit captured from the vendor.
• Monitor Instacarts for supplying clients with necessary items missing from orders.
• Develop and lead category and procurement strategies across multiple food divisions (including proteins, produce, and frozen) to meet cost, quality, and supply objectives.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with distributors and accounts to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
• Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in service, quality, and innovation.
• Oversee Customer Service Department personnel.
• Oversee the daily workflow and schedules of the department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of7 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experiencewithin the food industry.

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
