Job summary

Custom Pipe & Fabrication Inc. in Grand Island, NE seeks an Inventory Coordinator to oversee procurement, storage, receiving and distribution of materials for the production facility.

You will maintain inventory levels, track shipments, and generate reports while ensuring safe, efficient operations and readiness to deliver materials to production teams. Qualifications include at least 1 year in inventory/logistics, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required; degrees may be substituted with related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining daily records for invoices and shipments.
• Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Examine levels of raw materials to determine shortages.
• Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish stock.
• Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels.
• Evaluate new inventory and ensure readiness to deliver.
• Perform cycle counts on inventory.
• Assist in preparation of physical inventory.
• Ensure duties performed safely and efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Inventory Manager.
